BB is my favourite example of a bubble chart. I’ve used it as a reference point for drawing up many of the bubble models that were very successful in 2021/2022. We’re going to look more into this model today and how we can relate it to AAPL (We’ll maybe drop in MSFT, too).
First and foremost while I have BB in my mind I’d like to say we issued buy analysis on BB at the low. It’s up a fair bit since then but I think it’s likely this analysis will fail.
The long signal was posted just before the big rally. It looked great but the big gap down probably broke the pattern we were looking for. It’s back up now but I think the BB long will fail and just wanted to update on that while I remember. Good spot to at least minimize potential losses here.
Okay - Anyway, let’s get on to AAPL. AAPL setup might turn out to be “Kinda important”. To now, the basic rule of the market has been “An AAPL bid a day keeps the bear away” - but how solid is AAPL? What is the extreme risk on AAPL if we look at it as having bubbled?
In this analysis we’ll cover this. Show how we can support it with previous crash models of BB. What the expected forecast would be. Critical levels on the way down and also we’ll provide a couple ways in which the initial break can form. As always, we’ll also cover our fail conditions and when this thesis should be cut.
